“The soda dispenser wasn't working in the lobby on the day I was there but they were serving drinks from behind the counter. Took longer than normal to get my food and I had to go get it even though it asked for my table number when I placed the order and it was on the ticket.“

“It's at the top of my list. As a Dasher there's never been a more efficient burger joint. And if you have to wait, they offer you total courtesy. Plus their mushroom and Swiss is to die for. I can't say anything negative about the place.“

“Every other fast food place is a dump compared to Culver's. Every food item I've ordered has been carefully prepared with quality ingredients. There are efficient, friendly people waiting to take your order, not kiosks. The restaurant is spotless and well organized, and your food is brought to your table. The big plus are the great desserts waiting for you when you're done with your food!“

“So friendly and accommodating. I asked for a glass of water for my dog, the kind lady brought me,not a glass, but a plastic dish of water so as to make it easy for my dog to drink.my dog loved it. The milkshake she made for me was fab! A whole banana and lots of strawberries. I skipped dinner that evening. Yum... so satisfying!“

“Service was great. There was an issue with my online order, but the staff was able to make it for me anyway, which was very kind of them. I was surprised how fast it came out.
The Impossible Whopper was good. I'm assuming most have had a whopper before. I'd say this is one of the better BKs in the area I've been to.
The mozzarella fries were alright, but not the best mozzarella sticks I've had. In my opinion the marinara sauce was just a bit overpowering. Not bad, but could be better.“

“I hope the lady and the few other employees at this branch see this and feel proud of how INSANELY hard they worked while short staffed!!! They all kept apologizing to impatient people for the "wait", which was not long at all because they were practically running and out of breath while filling orders. WELL DONE! So many job openings, yet so many establishments that can barely keep the doors open due to a lack of employees.“

“110% recommend this location. I work on Douglas and today was my third and last poor experience with Douglas location. After waiting almost 20 minutes (thank goodness the card reader wasn’t working this time so I didn’t have to worry about a refund), I drove to third street and got the same order in less than five minutes. Both locations were equally as busy. Not sure what the problem is at Douglas, but they could learn a lot from 3rd st.“

“Omg I love tater tots. I hate that salt is an automatic because I forget that I can't have salt. So it's not anyones fault but my own if I go into cardiac arrest for eating tater tots. Whice I love btw. Ugh I'm torn. Death or tots?“

“It seems they've fixed the screens at the booth, it use to be a 50/50 chance when you pull up that your screen would be on the black MS-DOS screen talking about it could find a boot device. The card readers at all Sonic locations are hit or miss.“
