“I came in on a Saturday at 12:15pm. to give the Oriental Garden a try being I was in Raymore.
Other than myself, there was a family of five present and nobody else patroning the restaurant at the time.
Unlike previous posters, as of writing this review, the restaurant did not have a buffett.
Upon entry, the gentleman behind the counter was very kind he got me seated quickly and took my order.
The overall wait time on the food was very short ( within 5 minutes)
1 large beef fried rice
2 pork egg rolls
3 crab Rangoon
1 pepsi
Came to 20.68 ( Picture included in the review)
The price was about on average with other take out style restaurants around the area.
As per the taste of the food,
It was on par once again with other restaurants in the area.
The restaurant did seem clean, along with the restroom.
So, in closing,
Would I discourage a visit to the Oriental Garden in Raymore?
No, I would not, and yes, if I was in the area, I would return more than likely. However, I would not drive out of my way to come back here, on the other hand.
A fair review to me would be an upper 3, maybe lower 4.“

“Love Panda Express for fast and fresh food on the healthier side. My go-to is a bowl with half white rice/half vegetables ? with whatever entree you like. The cream cheese ragoons were fresh and this restaurant was very clean, including the high chairs.“

“I discover this place while ubering yesterday and the food smelled so amazing in my car I knew I had to check this place out. The food was excellent and tasted so good from the soup, crab ragoon. The best hot and sour soup I ever tasted. I had the Shrimp and Vegetable in brown sauce. I live 20 minutes from this place. Trust me it's worth the drive. Once a week I will be there.“

“I used to dislike Chinese food. Lucky Wok has turned a new page for me. I've eaten here 3 times, and each time has been a home run. I'm not a big veggie guy, but I've grubbed up everything that has come in my Kung Pao Chicken and Szechuan Chicken dishes, even the fried rice. I like things on the spicy side, and I personally think that they could take the spice marker up 2 or 3 notches, but the flavors are very good and blend well together. The wife and I prefer to dine in so that we can eat while the food is hot. There are 2 very nice tables and 1 small table available in the restaurant. There's never anyone eating there, so we don't get bumped out of a place to sit while we dine. Service has never been rude; in fact, the folks who've taken our orders have always been very polite and courteous. Lucky Wok has earned a regular spot on our Lee's Summit lunch list.“

“Just off 71 hwy, barely in Peculiar; tiny, locally owned, and sometimes closed for months. It is the best Chinese food I have found in the metro area. Mostly carry-out and an eat-in blue collar lunch crowd. As a single lady, I usually spend about $30 (including tip) for a lunch meal with rice and egg roll and get side orders of 6 crab Rangoon and 8 dumplings to eat on for an entire weekend. Tastes amazing every time. Rotate between shrimp in garlic sauce (brown) or lobster sauce (white).“

“7/2/25- it's been since beginning of civid since I last ate here. We popped in, I brought my service dog lucky and my friend who has never had food as good as theirs. Still my favorite Chinese food even after all these years and this place is still run by the same family. You guys are wonderful! Please don't ever go out of business 🙏
2020-My favorite place to order Chinese for the past 20 years. Only problem is when new cooks make things taste different than the usual cooks but its pretty rare this happens.“

“Generous portions for sure! I wanted Chinese food, but something light and ordered Chicken with vegetables and steamed rice. I wasn't disappointed with the food, but the service was lacking! They don't have lemons and I had to get up to get my own drink (water) and to retrieve a to go box myself. The food was exactly what I was looking for though! Very surprised at how reasonably priced the menu is as well!“

“I really enjoyed this restaurant!
I saw that a friend had eaten there and have been looking for good Chinese food in Lee’s Summit. This is good Chinese food.
I dined in and enjoyed the very hot Crab Rangoon and amazing sweet n sour sauce. It was thick! Loved that it wasn’t runny.
I ordered the Mongolian Pork, extra spicy with pork fried rice. Both were super hot and delicious. Very impressive! Loved the sauce and fresh veggies.
The restaurant is clean and well run. I would totally return.“

“The food was tasty & we were seated quickly. There isn't a huge variety, but since it's in a smaller town that's probably necessary! They did have enough variety that I'm sure anyone can find something they'll love! The fried shrimp are really good!“

“Words cannot describe how amazing this location of Panda Express is. If you have traveled North America you have experienced multiple panda expresses and know that not all are equal. This Panda Express is the exemplar for all Panda Express ever created. If you want to talk about a place that does it right you have to mention Panda Express in lees summit.“

“The food is always good. I usually do take out. You can get a lot of food for the money. The owner usually services the drive thru window. He is a quiet man but super nice.“

“We moved to the area over 2 years ago and have been trying to find a Chinese restaurant that we like. I thought we had tried them all when my husband stumbled across Taste of China while running an errand. When you walk in to order, they start cooking your food then so it is fresh!! My favorite dish is spicy garlic shrimp and I rarely find someone who makes it to my liking but they do! My husband has ordered multiple dishes and they have all been really good! Highly recommend!!“
