“I’m always on the hunt for a place with great potato skins, and Pine Street Bar and Grill did not disappoint. After finding them online, my husband grabbed takeout about a month ago — potato skins, a BLT, and a tenderloin — and everything was absolutely amazing. We finally went in person last night with our son and daughter-in-law, and the food was just as fantastic the second time around. On top of that, the atmosphere has that perfect casual, hometown feel that makes you want to stay awhile. Our waitress (who may also be the owner?) was wonderful — friendly, attentive, and clearly cares about the place and the people who walk through the door. Highly recommend and we’ll definitely be back!“

Our waitress and the entire staff were nothing but amazing to us coming over talking to the kids and making sure we had everything we needed. There was a slight mishap with our one of our dishes and our server (Emma I think) felt so bad and went above and beyond to make it right. We will definitely be back- our food was amazing!!“

He quickly made the order again and had it sent out. He even took the time to call once the notification came in saying it was delivered just to ensure we got our dinner. “Experienced very poor customer service and uncaring attitude from manager Josh on 7-30-22. Haven’t used this location in a while because it was only consistent food and service when the manager Danny was working. After waiting 20 min for 1 piece of pie, to take to my mother, I requested a refund. The cashier refunded the purchase price but not the tip I added when I paid. He assumed I wouldn’t want the tip refunded too! He did correct the amount. They were not busy at all and the desserts are in a cooler under the front counter and do not come from the kitchen. It should have been given to me just like a tea is immediately after paying. Very sad there is no longer good customer service.“

I’ve sat here for an hour and watched tables be cleared but never wiped or sanitized this can cause a health issue especially because other customers put dirty phones bags and other articles on tables. When i got to dining area i struggled to find an actual clean table top! I work in restaurants and this should be addressed.“
