“Over the weekend, a friend and I visited your establishment. We were greeted with gratitude by a young lady named Kaylee and a gentleman named Josiah, who were both extremely polite. Although they were busy, they still took the time to greet us, give us time to decide what we wanted, and offered new items from your menu. I’m glad they did, as I got to try the new coconut bowl, which was very delicious, and the smoothie was fantastic. Thank you so much for your great service!

“My experience was excellent! I ordered ahead and it took me longer to get there than I’d anticipated. I was so grateful to find my juice and bowl in the fridge when I got there to pick it up. I also got ice in my juice and I so appreciate that you put the juice that doesn’t fit in the cup due to ice in another small cup so I don’t get shorted juice. Thank you for thinking of the small things!“

“Just kind of stumbled upon Cafe gratitude this morning. We aren’t from KC and decided to walk a bit before we headed home, we had no idea it was a vegan restaurant. We decided to try it out and were delightfully surprised. The flavors were delicious. The protein substitutes were done perfectly. We all tried some thing we wouldn’t typically order and we left very satisfied. Our server was great, she did a wonderful job of explaining things to us and really made it a great experience. The ambience is something I wish I would’ve thought of myself. I loved everything about Café gratitude. Thanks for a wonderful experience.“

“Nirvana Coffee is truly a gem tucked away in the Englewood Arts District, right off Winner Road. The staff here are always super friendly, which makes the experience even better. I ordered the Brown Sugar Vanilla Latte, and wow — it was delicious! If you’re someone who actually enjoys the flavor of coffee and espresso, this spot will be right up your alley. I’ve noticed their drinks tend to have a bright, vibrant taste with fruity or citrusy notes, which makes me think they might use a lighter roast (too shy to ask, though!). One of the coolest features? It’s also a game lounge! They have a fun collection of board games available, which adds to the cozy, community vibe. “my husband and I have a little ritual coming to this Dutch every week when we run our errands together. Staff is friendly, and they work fast enough. Line busters are quick to come out to the line. I personally am a shy quiet gal so sometimes I avoid coming here if I'm by myself and not in the mood to chat, but I don't fault the baristas for it. Just maybe a note to management to let conversations be organic rather than forcing it on customers haha :')“

“I sent my husband there to get me a smoothie so I could drink my veggies instead of eat them. Ever since I’ve been pregnant it’s been hard for me to eat anything except fruit. I thought they closed at 9 turns out on Sundays they close at 8. We both felt terrible but I really wanted it & he was determined. The guy was happy to take his order through the drive through. I’m not saying go there last minute by any means because obviously that’s rude but it was really nice to hear about good customer service. That rarely happens anymore these days. Wish we had his name because he deserves a raise!!“

“This coffee is phenomenal!! They have decaf! I just tried them a couple of weeks ago. I didn't think they had decaf, like their competitor doesn't. I am so excited to finally find a coffee I can drink when out & about.
The day breakers iced 'Turtle' is excellent! I get extra caramel & they put whipped cream on top.
If you can't have caffeine, or you want a bit cheaper coffee with the best quality / flavors then GO to Scooters!“

“I went thro and I wasn’t meaning to but was crying bc I was having a bad day and the lady at the window took her time and helped me with my order. She was very calm and super nice and understanding. I went there today got a Torta Hawaiana there was literally 4 small pieces of meat on one side & for $12 I didnt feel like it was worth what I paid. I went there a week ago and the amount of meat was perfect. I don’t know if they’re getting new cooks or what but today wasn’t it.“
