“Stopped by Crumbl Cookies and had such a great experience. The staff was delightful and greeted us as soon as we walked in the door. The multiple self-service ordering kiosks made ordering quick and easy, and the counter display with samples of all the cookie offerings was a nice touch.

There were six staff members busy at work, along with one person overseeing the counter and assisting customers with orders. That same person prepared our order and presented it when it was ready, keeping the process smooth and efficient.

An easy stop for a quick treat with fresh, delicious cookies and excellent customer service. Definitely a place we’ll be back to visit!“

“Really fun atmosphere, great service and great food. The Al Pastor tacos were my favorite blending unique flavors of sweet fruits with small pieces spicy jalapeno peppers. A real treat for the taste buds. We went on a Tuesday night which was Taco Tuesday. They had $3 tacos (you can pick from four options) and discounts in drinks. I tried the Al Pastor, Cheeseburger Taco, Buffalo Cauliflower, and Chicken Tinga. All four were very good.“

“I stumbled upon this little shop after begging the GPS to find the closest coffee shop on my way to work. Being greeted by a calm, sweet, warm eyed pup and great coffee was just what I needed. I will definitely be making this a regular stop. The coffee is great (I had an iced mud pit) and the biscuits and gravy were the perfect comfy breakfast! Highly recommend checking this place out!“

absolutely love this place!! i was a first timer today and genuinely cannot wait to be back. i got sick of my school's library and was on the hunt for cafes with long hours. the thing is, the other cafes with long hours are lowkey cramped and crowded and idk i'm someone that needs to be able to move around a lot and have flexibility in seating. well this cafe DELIVEREEEDDDDDD so much different seating, such a wide space, and amazing drinks!! honestly really wanna gatekeep this place but i loved it too much to not spread the word and give it more business. also loved the decor and i am so excited to go to some of the community events that are being held at blip and learn more about the history of the west bottoms!

“I stopped into Waterbird Coffee in downtown KC and ordered a brown sugar cinnamon latte, and it was absolutely delicious, especially on a cold day. The balance of sweetness and warm spice was spot on, and the espresso flavor still came through nicely in every sip. The cafe itself has a warm, inviting vibe that makes it an ideal spot to thaw out and relax for a bit. 5/5 and highly recommend making a stop here for a comforting cup of coffee—get the brown sugar cinnamon latte if you need something cozy and satisfying.“

They were accommodating with a broad GF menu and ALL of the food was fantastic!
Best wings I’ve had in years, the corn chowder soup was amazing, the pasta and sandwiches were all wonderful!

“We went here three times yesterday. Yes, three times. We were at an event around the corner and were able to walk over. We ate at 5 of the venders. All were fabulous. Mushroom burger, paneer wrap, avocado toast, curry fries, focaccia, street corn, and ice cream. All the staff were so kind and engaging. It was easy to find many GF options too. Just wish there would have been more heater lamps since it was cold.“

“Whooooa. We've driven by this little place a million times but never stopped by, which a was a huge mistake. The store itself is great, with drinks, desserts, and some really cool antique KC items. The food? FANTASTIC. We got the lasagna with Alfredo, toasted ravioli, chicken spiedini, and the Italian beef pizza. The service was also great; food was ready on time, and despite being lunch-hour busy, they answered all my questions and took the time to make sure everything was correct. “The owner is the nicest man I've ever met. Other tea just isn't the same anymore, and whenever I run out I make a long drive all the way out just to buy their tea. You can tell how much love and passion he puts into his business. A very kind and caring man who talks with me every time I come in, and remembers his customers. They stopped selling the tangerine blossom tea but he had a little bit left and sold it to me. Made my entire year already, I will treat it like gold and cherish every cup. Couldn't recommend a store more.“
