“As my fellow southerners will agree, if the restaurant logo includes happy pictures of the animals you're eating, it's a good barbecue place. This is no exception. The Danna burger is good if you can't decide better a burger and pulled pork because it has both. Also Danna is pronounced like Anna, not Dana.I also chose a seat where I could maintain eye contact with paintings of a pig and a cow while eating, 10/10 would recommend.“
“I had heard about this place they a customer back home(we are traveling) OMG! Delicious! My boyfriend and I shared the moink with an extra side of Mac n cheese! Honestly didn't need the extra side. The fried and Burger would have been enough. I can't wait for our next trip to Branson to come back!“
“Best BBQ and sides we've ever had! Had pulled pork and brisket sandwiches with beans and potato salad, couldn't have been better. The pickled slaw was a really unique, delicious topper on everything. Friendly folks with cozy atmosphere. Wish we lived closer ?“
“This review is only for the key lime pie since we had already eaten food when we dropped in here for the live music. We will come back for the BBQ for sure, but holy cow this was one of the best key lime pies I've ever had. 5 out of 5. Can't wait to come back for bbq.Kid-friendliness: Kid friendly menu. I saw several kids there too while we were there“
“YALL GET HERE EARLY! These friendly folks sold out of everything but Spam and fish by the time we made it. Sooooo sad but definitely saved a lot of money bc we were going to try everything like we were on vacation in Hawaii itself ? so sadly it was Spam for us- which I can honestly say I hadn’t tried before. Boy, the musabi roll with the Spam and rice wrapped in seaweed is definitely an acquired taste. I’d eat it again for sure but it’s not for everyone and it’s pungent so I don’t recommend traveling with it ? when it comes to seaweed paper, I like it best when the rice is rolled on the outside bc it’s such an overpowering flavor but that’s just me. The Spam fries were a bust for me. Didn’t really have a ton of flavor and thats probs bc it’s Spam so idk, even with the mustard sauce it just wasn’t worth $4 which I thought was a fair price. All in all, it’s hard to rate a truck based only on thier Spam which isn’t even made by them so it’s hard. Thier menu is beautiful with so many awesome options and I hope one day when we travel back they will have some other meats saved for us but we won’t make the mistake of coming later in the day again ?. As far as the ambiance, this truck takes the cake at this truck lot all day. They were even playing football under the canopy with some nice tables and a heater. I can see why they are so popular, and I can’t wait to come back and update this review that isn’t so much Spam!“
“This restaurant was recommended to us by a local from another similar restaurant when they “ran out of food” that we were ordering specifically. She said she’d rather have been eating at Pops but she was with a group who chose the restaurant that shall remain nameless. The young lady who served us ran a tight ship but very friendly with everyone. She knew many of the locals who came in and was very present. The food was tasty with tender meats and yummy sides to round it out. If you are a dipper, you’ll be very happy with the 5 sauces they made in-house and are not stingy with!I would have loved some southern sweet tea on ice, butI had to remind myself we were in the Midwest , and I get why they do bottled drinks only. They offer yummy sounding desserts but we couldn’t even finish our entrees, so maybe next time.“
“We were with a bus full of people and called ahead. They were ready for us and our food arrived fast delicious! Very well run restaurant with a great barbecue menu. Everyone enjoyed there food and the staff was so friendly. They have a little shopping area with fun barbecue themed items to purchase. Love this restaurant and will go back if we travel in the area again.“
“In today's time it's hard to give a steak place 5 stars especially with the cuts of meats we are getting these days. Everything is over processed and not very good quality. Well for a franchise restaurant this place is definitely different. The steak was so full of flavor and perfectly seasoned. I'm the kind of guy that does not use steak sauce unless the state ain't that great and I use the steak sauce to pretty much let the people know that their steak ain't the greatest, well this place it was 100% on point. The steak was seasoned PERFECT. so much falvor. I can't express enough how good it was. We only live about 2 1/2 hours away and go to branson alot. Our favorite place WAS outback, but this steak here blows there's away. Only thing i wanna say that sucks is they don't have oysters on a half shell but what ever, i can go to outback for those. Great place you won't regret it. Do be prepared to wait though.“
“After a little roaming around at the Tanger Outlet Mall I just stumbled across this little restaurant hidden at the very end of the row. Their staff was super friendly, they had a great selection of adult beverages, and we went ahead and had a bunch of their hot dogs (one with chilli and cheese), nachos, and a pound of the chips - which were excellent. Would definitely recommend giving them a try to enhance your shopping experience.“
“We have came down the last several years for our anniversary with our friends and Flat Creek never disappoints. We ask for our favorite waitress, Patience, and she was out for health reasons and that was disappointing…hope she doing well. Mr. Wonderful, Henry, took care of us and he did an awesome job filling in for our favorite. We will be back. Thank you for a wonderful evening. My prime rib was amazing. I will miss the fried pies.“
“We stopped by here in our way out of branson after a few day get away. Had some tastings and ended up buying a bunch of different liquors. That was about 3 months ago. We have now run out of nost of what We brought so going for a 3 hour drive just to restock ???“
“Great food and GREAT service! I had a hankering for some tasty BBQ and I was not disappointed. This place was not a hole in the wall, but a food truck in a holler. It's easy to miss but Google Maps and keen eyes helped me find it and I'm glad I did. KC style BBQ allows for Keto or non-Keto to enjoy the rich smokey flavor of slow cooked, rubbed BBQ. Zac (junior) was as nice of guy as his BBQ was good. I only wish that I was hungrier. It was that good.“
“Food was good! I had grilled chicken BLT with side of beans. It was moist and flavorful. I could taste the smoke flavor in the beans. Yum. I have Celiac disease so them having a GF bun as an alternative option was icing on the cake. Fries are not GF, so if you are gluten intolerant/sensitive or celiac, I would avoid the fries. Bbq sauce was good too.I would definitely recommend trying this restaurant.Dietary restrictions: Gluten free knowledgable. They do have gluten free options. Located on separate menu.“
