“Went in to get some Burritos and MC muffins. Buy 1 get 1 for dollar. I was charged 19dollars. Then I looked at receipt and noticed I was over charged. Then told cashier, she refunded me 9dollars on refund receipt, but only gave me 5dollars, showed receipt, said was wrong. Then got food and was not even hot and was missing cheese on the sausage MC muffins. To top it off, they had numerous orders from drive thru walk in due to wrong orders, missing food, customer ordered 2 diet cokes and got 2 bottle waters. This place is so disorganized, mismanaged, rude employees, managers are rude to customers, manager asks another, do we have any help, response was, no we don't. Tells customers, we don't have any more help, so be patient. I've worked public relations for 40yrs, this is no way to treat, talk to customers. They all need to be fired or hire new staff with ethics training.“

“Billy Bob’s Dairy Land is such a fun place. It’s small but don’t let that fool you. The food is great (real ingredients) and service is spectacular! Another diner suggested requesting caramel for the sweet potato fries. They will do this if you ask and yum! Make sure you save room for those little pies they have. Sorry, we had it gone before we thought about the picture so you’ll have to trust me on that one. We will be making this a regular stop every time we’re in Branson. There are many pie flavors for us to try!“

“😀A group of over 50 people from First Baptist Church, Kimberling City wanted to have lunch together and bid farewell to longtime friends who are moving. We made arrangements to gather in their private dining area on the Northside of their dining area. It was comfortable and private. They offered two selections for your meal. They had four girls serving us. The food was delicious. The girls worked very hard for us. We enjoyed lunch and finished in less than an hour. I highly recommend the restaurant.“

“I recently visited Steak ’n Shake, and overall, it was a good experience. The food was tasty and lived up to expectations, and the prices were very fair for what you get. However, the new setup without servers takes some getting used to. It felt a bit odd, and I think adding more signs or instructions around the ordering process would really help customers navigate things more easily. If they can make the self-service system a bit clearer, it would be even better. But for good food at a good price, it’s still worth a visit!“

It used to be unbearably slow, but for the past few weeks or so, it has really turned around. The staff has always been extremely friendly and still is. I also love how they always send you off (in the drive-thru, anyway) with "Have a blessed day" ❤️. The food is always fresh and delicious, and the banana shakes are the best!“
