“If you're a walk-in customer, you need to get used to being second class behind the priorities of drive thru. I even ordered my food in advance on the McDonald's app, and the service was still slow slow slow. It would be nice to get acknowledged and be given your drink cup while you wait.“

“Billy Bob’s Dairy Land is such a fun place. It’s small but don’t let that fool you. The food is great (real ingredients) and service is spectacular! Another diner suggested requesting caramel for the sweet potato fries. They will do this if you ask and yum! Make sure you save room for those little pies they have. Sorry, we had it gone before we thought about the picture so you’ll have to trust me on that one. We will be making this a regular stop every time we’re in Branson. There are many pie flavors for us to try!“

“I had several amazing meals at Jack Henry's during my stay at Thousand Hills. The brownie cookie sundae and peach cobbler with ice cream and brandy butter sauce are both luscious! The portion sizes on the Thousand Hills chicken salad, fried mushrooms, BBQ cheeseburger/fries, were quite large. It was all really good! The only downside I found, regarding the food, was the breakfast buffet. It had a pretty nice selection, but many of the items were things that I couldn't eat. I highly recommend dinner and desserts, though. Carissa and Kortnie were very kind and gave tremendous service!“

“The staff and food here is great! I had a question about the Philly Steak. Our waitress brought the cook to our table so I could ask him. It was the best Philly Steak I have ever eaten!! Went back the next night and had the same waitress. Also met “Scooter” himself. Once again, the cook also came to our table to visit and make sure we enjoyed our food. We will definitely come here again next time we are in Branson!“

“😀A group of over 50 people from First Baptist Church, Kimberling City wanted to have lunch together and bid farewell to longtime friends who are moving. We made arrangements to gather in their private dining area on the Northside of their dining area. It was comfortable and private. They offered two selections for your meal. They had four girls serving us. The food was delicious. The girls worked very hard for us. We enjoyed lunch and finished in less than an hour. I highly recommend the restaurant.“

“I recently visited Steak ’n Shake, and overall, it was a good experience. The food was tasty and lived up to expectations, and the prices were very fair for what you get. However, the new setup without servers takes some getting used to. It felt a bit odd, and I think adding more signs or instructions around the ordering process would really help customers navigate things more easily. If they can make the self-service system a bit clearer, it would be even better. But for good food at a good price, it’s still worth a visit!“

“I think they recently hired a whole new crew –or at least a bunch of new people, because their service here has really stepped up. Bravo! It used to be unbearably slow, but for the past few weeks or so, it has really turned around. The staff has always been extremely friendly and still is. I also love how they always send you off (in the drive-thru, anyway) with "Have a blessed day" ❤️. The food is always fresh and delicious, and the banana shakes are the best!“
