This is a shell of a Baskin Robbins. They didn't carry half the menu items (the millennial behind the counter didn't even know what an ice cream soda is, gimme a break!) they had a very small offering of flavors and half of those flavors were sold out. Braum's is the place to go.
I'll give them a slight break here as we walked in at 7:40 and the close at 8. But once we got in there was one group ahead of us. There were 3 people behind the counter and 1 of them assisting customers. The other 2, I'm guessing here, because I honestly don't know, but may have been working on closing chores.
