Ice cream taste like frozen milk water
Went through the drive thru in Florissant. Ordered a cup of strawberry custard (flavor of the week). When I got home I realized they gave me the strawberry cheesecake hard ice cream. Literally could have killed me as it has graham crumbles and I have a gluten allergy! Plus I’m out the money cause I had to throw it out. Tried calling the store-no answer. Train your people better! I won’t be going back!
Was at StCharles location wed May 29 eve. By myself ordered 4 items. Young girls with glasses hands me them one by one, no lids, no bag, no spoons! I asked for both and she rudely put on lids to each and then I ask for bag and she throws it at me. Terrible customer service!!!! Plus I ordered 2 sundaes and they were even the same size. Ice cream costs to much these days to get ripped off . I reached out via messenger and asked for manager, twice and no one ever responded. Guess...read full review
