Said we could sit at bar but all tables in bar were taken! Freezing cold inside, put 7 of us at a table that would hold 10-12 people had to scoot down to other end to try and get warm. Food finally arrived way later than those around us! No one in the rest. hardly but we couldn’t sit at a table till 4:00. Not very friendly about it! Food not impressed with! Will not go back, done!“

“This is the best restaurant! It’s very small inside and not fancy, I’ve always gotten my chicken korma and Naan to go. I found this hidden gem about 3 years ago, the ultimate comfort food that is rich and savory. Ordered togo: Chicken Shawarma plate Beef Kafka plate Chicken Shawarma Sandwich Humus with Chicken Shawarma 4 extra peta and 2 garlic sauce While waiting, the place had a nice feel, music, etc. After a small amount of time we were offered Coffee. To those that dont know with these style of coffee it can be bitter to the normal pallet. This is a mix of coffee and tea I believe was told at this location. My SO, which was their first time trying this, is not a fan. Having tried some out of state (MI) before, it was little better than I have have in the past. VERY Hot in temp, so you will want to let cool some. The ChkShawm sandwich was good, SO didnt like as much but I enjoyed it. We both enjoyed the rest of the order, so much that my SO over eat some and was hurting. It was tempting to do the same. The Chicken was very good and juicy, not dried out like once place we tried few months ago. Rice was very good, the one plate's rice might have needed just a bit more cook time as a very small amount was still a bit al dente. Glad we ordered the extra garlic sauce as it didnt come with any of the other plates. I didnt look or ask if that was normal, some places do, others dont and we end up emptying out any garlic sauce we get anyways from places like these.We always order extra garlic and petas. We dont get over to this area much and next chance may be in 6 month or a year from now but will have this marked s a fav to revisit when in the area again! Totally plan to order from here again without a doubt!“

I had my favorite - Red Curry with Chicken - tender chicken, good spice (as it comes), great Thai flavors. My daughter had Pad Thai with chicken, spice #1, less spice than she likes, should have gone with the #2 ( or just ordered the chili paste on the side - thought of that too late). “I like Fallon's. It's a casual restaurant. You can dine with friends or family in a laid-back setting. It's also cool to watch sports as well. I've eaten at this restaurant three times. Each time prior to my most recent visit, I got the Club sandwich. This time, I tried a burger. It did NOT disappoint. Char-grilled and delicious. This burger was a half pound, nicely seasoned, fresh, and tasty. It's calling my name as we speak, lol.
I suggest you give this place a try. The burger is no joke! Also, on another note, I love their strawberry lemonade. It has strawberry puree in it. It paired so well with my delicious burger.“

“The large salads are large. My rookie mistake was ordering a large salad and a calzone. It was too much food. I ordered the fatty B and it was fantastic. I usually don't enjoy canzone because the crust is hard pizza crust. Not so at sauce on the side. The crust is almost pastry tezture.
Fountain drinks are so carbonated that you can taste the CO2. The only issue. Customer service was ourstanding.“

“I have been a customer of Salt N Smoke for the past 4 years and always have had a wonderful experience, however this recent time with a nightmare to say the least... I ordered on 1/12/2022 around 8:45 PM via a Call-In on a Debit Card. What I ordered was (2) Bestie 2 Combos, one with Sweet Ribs and Smoked Wings sides were Sweet Potato Chips and Mac n Cheese, the 2nd Bestie 2 Combie was Ribs, Smoked wings and for the sides it was the Fries and the Mac N Cheese. Total for the Order was $41.72 Charged to VISA Debit Card Ending In (4360) I recently moved away to Iowa in the past 1 year so anytime I come into town in Saint Charles to see my parents which is often I always get Salt N Smoke in Saint Charles, MO I wish I could get it from Delmar if it was closer because I have never had a bad experience at that location ever, however Saint Charles is a different story. When I got to my parents I noticed all of the food was cold, not even slightly warm, I was really confused on how that was possible because I arrived at Salt N Smoke in Saint Charles before my order was finished. I ended up warming up both dinners because I did not want to waste food but still could not get myself to finish the meal mainly because there was something very wrong with the chicken almost like it was spoiled, my girlfriend was trying to be polite and ate everything to her regret, 1 day later she told me she had the worse stomach pain she has ever felt and it was so bad where we had to rush her to the E.R Hospital at Great River Health Center in Fort Madison, IA where we currently reside. After waiting 2 hours, doing blood tests and urine samples the doctor came to the conclusion that my girlfriend had gotten "Gastritis" which is a bad stomach inflammation which the doctor recommended it was caused from the poultry at the BBQ place she ate which was Salt N Smoke on Saint Charles... Tried to write them via Email no response, they will be hearing from my attorney.“

“Met up with a friend today at one of my favorite brunch spots, First Watch. We went to the one located on Streets of St. Charles. Their fresh food, juices, and eclectic menu makes it so you can always try something new. They have specialties each month, and I suggest you go before the end of February and try their barbacoa chilaquiles breakfast bowl!! Today I had the morning meditation juice and the barbacoa chilaquiles breakfast bowl. The breakfast bowl was a party in my mouth! The braised beef barbacoa mixed with the eggs, beans, and other seasonings. My friend opted for the Italian Inspired omelet. You can put a reservation in online prior to arrival on busy days (like Saturday). The wait was not long this morning, and the food makes the wait worth it. One thing I like about Fresh Watch is the continuity across the chain in that regardless of which restaurant you choose the food is always good and fresh. Great service. Stop in and check them out…try something new!“

“We had our son and daughter in law’s rehearsal dinner at Mellow Mushroom and boy, did we choose a great place! They had us all set up for 25 people beautifully when we arrived and was quickly introduced to our amazing server, Katie. Between her and her crew of helpers (for lack of a better word), we were taken care of so well. Tara, the bartender also tended to us with quick and excellent service. The general manager Ahmad checked on us several times to be sure we were happy and everyone was taken care of. Food and drinks were quickly and deliciously served and enjoyed. The atmosphere is so fun and upbeat. I don’t think we had one problem (except us being 7 minutes late - so sorry about that!!). We go to Mellow Mushroom as a couple and a family and now we can add as a wedding party and extended family. Thank you, thank you, thank you!!“
