“Big Sky Donuts is BY FAR, My favorite donut place in town (Saint Joseph, Mo). Their donuts are absolutely delicious, made fresh every day, never frozen! I love this place so much, that I regularly will go buy a dozen or two and drop them off as a treat to local businesses, or my son’s school as a treat for the teachers. My favorite donut they make, is the glazed, jelly filled. 🤤🤤 SO FRESH AND FULL OF JELLY. Truly, NO ONE else even compares! Matt - don’t change a thing! You are doing amazing! 🍩“

“I love this place! We had an absolutely perfect experience. I needed 5 dozen donuts for my daughters birthday and I needed 2 dozen on one day, and 3 dozen on another day. Not only were they accommodating & so helpful...one of the dozen had to be eggless due to an allergy for one of my daughters classmates and they were awesome at making a substitute for those! The donuts were absolutely delicious, made fresh & probably the best donut Ive had in town. I can't say enough about what a great experience it was & we will definitely be returning!!“

“There are always friendly faces and excellent customer service here. I was witness to the aftermath of a customers mistreatment of a worker who was crying when I pulled up to the window. It is a very sad day when people seem to want to humiliate a worker over a cup of coffee. Your associates shouldnt have to deal with this type of behavior and you as owners should stress that to your associates. They can take their rude behavior elsewhere.“

“I personally don't have any Caribou locations near me ,but when travel I'm certain to seek one out ! Reason being is they've always been fast, efficient , very pleasant people and great quality coffee! This time I had the Turtle Mocha. Yum!“

“I used to really hate Starbucks. Now Starbucks is one of my favorite places. I love this specific location compared to others. This location has the friendliest staff. The drinks are amazing. This is the only Starbucks location in town that you can get the BEST brown sugar shaken espresso. In fact the only coffee shop in town that makes a great brown sugar based drink. I regularly go to this Starbucks. Every time is a great experience. They are very fast and kind. Amazing customer service and amazing drinks. The service and taste is worth the price.“

“I’m a regular and usually do mobile orders for points and convenience. Today I stopped by and got my usual latte and oh. my. goodness. This is the best drink I’ve ever had!! They’ve been on fire as of recently! Even having the selection doughnuts I want with the food being fresh and tasty! Good job everyone 🧡🩷“
