“If you don't mind a little second-hand smoke and yellowed walls, the Spring Creek Cafe offers delicious homemade country-style food in generous portions for a more than decent price. The staff are attentive and friendly, and you'll leave "filled to the gills" without breaking the bank. They offer delicious breakfasts, burgers, chicken fried steak and open-faced roast beef with all the fixin's (a rotation of many veggies and sides). I don't love leaving smelling like smoke, but man, the food is really hard to beat. Don't miss the biscuits—they are homemade and so fluffy and delightful you'll think your MeeMaw is back there cookin'. The food is as good as the atmosphere is bad, but you're there to EAT not enjoy the ambiance, right?
Be careful on the wood ramp outside - it's a little sketchy.
