“Red Wheel Steamhouse is a gem in Jefferson City. I rolled in straight off the Katy Trail with no expectations, and it turned out to be exactly what I needed.
They had everything: access to tools for my bike, great information about the surrounding area, and even details concerning a new pair of shoes I was looking for from another local shop. On top of that, the coffee and matcha lattes were fantastic—beautifully crafted and spot-hitting.
What really set the experience apart, though, were the people. The staff were kind, knowledgeable, and an absolute joy to talk to. They turned what could’ve been just a pit stop into a highlight of my trip.
If you’re riding through or just looking for a great local spot, Red Wheel Steamhouse is absolutely worth the visit.“

“We booked Green Leaf’s private tea room and had them cater food for a tea party themed baby shower and it was absolutely perfect! Brandy went so ABOVE AND BEYOND to make sure everything was exactly how we wanted. The food and tea being delicious was the cherry on top. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. 100% recommend Green Lead for anyone. Whether it’s a party or just for coffee and lunch!“
“This was my first visit to First Watch, and it definitely won’t be my last! I was so happy to see they had plenty of gluten-friendly options, which can be hard to find. I ordered the soup and a sandwich on gluten-free bread, and both were absolutely delicious.
The restaurant was clean, bright, and had a really welcoming atmosphere. The staff was friendly, and the service was excellent. If you’re gluten-sensitive or just looking for a fresh, delicious breakfast or lunch spot, I highly recommend giving First Watch a try! I can’t wait to go back and try more of the menu.“
