Today, however I may have ordered something a little complicated when I got home the food that I received wasn’t at all what I ordered I went in and spoke with the manager.I believe her name was Patricia . She was so kind and explained to me the error that happened and how it happened. Rather than just give me some pickles to fix the issue and tomatoes to fix the issue. She wanted to make sure that I had warm hot and fresh food to feed my family.

“I chose to go through Chick FIL A drive thru for lunch even though 2 lines circle around the building. They are INCREDIBLY EFFICIENT and all fast food restaurants should take a lesson! Dont let the line scare you, but it's sometimes faster to park and go in. The diet lemonade and kale salad (I call it kale slaw) are unmatched anywhere, but so is the featured attraction- the chicken sandwich! So glad they are building one in my town!“

“It is always busy so keep that in mind when you plan on attending. Having been here multiple times I feel confident in saying this is my favorite Cane's location. The only issue I ever had was the last time I was there my order never went through to the kitchen so it wasn't made. I went up to ask about it and they apologized and made my order fresh right away and included extra sauce and strips. I've never had an issue before and this seemed to be software related and not due to the workers so I won't hold this against the location, on the contrary, this proves they are willing to make anything right. Highly recommend this place if you are in the area or traveling through.“

“I have been eating here 3 times a week since they opened. I know unhealthy. I like the burgers, fries and concretes. Though less salt on the burgers would make it better. My only complaint is often my order is wrong and I never ask for anything special. Simply a cheese burger with everything and fries. Half the time they give it to me plain with nothing on it. Not picky so i eat it anyways. I think there is a communication issue with the order box. Seems it’s hard for them to hear my order as I usually have to repeat it several times very loudly. New location, hope they work out the kinks as the food is good.“

“I arrived at White Castle at 3am in the morning.I just left the hospital as a patient.I was hungry I placed an order and the cashier was very nice I didn't have to ask for any condiments they were already placed inside my bag. “Let me start by saying the White Castle app sucks. First, it doesn't update your location, so I've made the mistake of ordering to the wrong one. I've also had it cancel my rewards in the past, but today it didn't make it clear that my reward of a free side item was only valid for 15 minutes after I hit the button. On top of that, it was also only valid "at castle" (so I couldn't place a mobile order with it). I was planning on going to WC after work, and clicked the reward as I was leaving with the intent of placing a mobile order. It was a 15 minute drive to this location. So naturally, when I clicked the reward and it gave me a 15 minute countdown, I was sweating. I really wanted some cheesy fries. Of course, traffic was bad so I pulled in to this location a minute after the reward expired. I explained the situation to Cory (Cori?) in the drive-thru, who honored the reward anyway. I am so grateful that this worker heard my situation and gave me my cheesy fries despite the reward being expired by a minute. Bless his soul.“

“We ordered two cauliflower crust, all-vegetable pizzas to-go yesterday afternoon. While the pizzas were prepared very nicely (in terms of topping layout and quantity) by an employee, the pizzas were both burned to different degrees - one quite a bit and the other partially. This situation required us to return to Mod Pizza when we opened the pizza boxes at a nearby park. **We want to thank Charlie, Manager at Mod Pizza-Kirkwood, for his courtesy and professionalism yesterday in resolving our concerns.** Charlie and the employee who helped us earlier today made things right for us, and we feel much better about returning to this particular Mod Pizza in the future! We also want to give our great thanks to Mod Pizza-Kirkwood employee Ethan who was outstanding—very conscientious, warm, and professional—during a previous visit to this location.

We very much appreciate Mod’s rich assortment of vegetables and the non-white flour option (i.e., the cauliflower crust).

A few requests for Mod Pizza as a company:

1.) Please train your Staff to consistently uphold standards of courtesy and professionalism. Some are excellent (courteous and thorough) and others are not particularly friendly and don't seem especially motivated to make sure that the food is well-prepared from start to finish.

2.) Please cut your broccoli much larger. For the pizzas prepared for us today, the broccoli was almost completely burned, and inedible. Our experience (in pizza-making at home) is that if the broccoli pieces are large, they won’t get burned.

3.) Please put the raw garlic on your pizza after the pizza is taken from the oven; if the garlic is cooked with the pizza, it comes out charred.

4.) In regard to dietary restrictions:

a.) Please find a way to make your cauliflower crust vegan. We had been advised by another Mod Pizza location that the cauliflower crust is vegan, but it turns out that that other location apparently gave us the incorrect information!

b.) Please offer a vegan, whole-wheat crust option.
