“First time back in about 6 months. Food and waitstaff were great, but we had to wait almost 30-40 minutes for fish. There was a number of tables that were there before us that also had been waiting because you could tell by their face. We’ve never had to wait more than 10 minutes for fish to be delivered. They also are usually packed at 6:30 with a line for a table and the place was clearing out. What has changed with the delivery speed???”

“Hands down, the best coffee shop in Cape Girardeau! I had a large iced golden brown sugar brew and my wife got a large cold crème brûlée. We sat there and drank our drinks. It was so good that I ordered another drink to go!!”

“Stumbled upon this hidden gem while walking and exploring Downtown Cape Girardeau. Amazing display of music including cassettes, vinyl records, and cd's. Their record wall was astonishing and the atmosphere is very inviting. Drinks were well worth their price and the owner was super friendly and social. Will definitely be visiting again and highly recommend for anyone to try out. We had shots, coke/whiskey, and a Nudie Suit (Scientist Dub Mix) which included 6mg of THC”

“This place has amazing ice cream and the service was absolutely great both times we were there . Also My husband was very excited they had Superman ice cream (not many places outside of Michigan have it surprisingly).Our kids also love the flavors they got and they have a very nice selection of flavors as well. This ice cream shop is also very clean which is awesome as well. Would recommend stopping in and getting ice cream from here.”

“Came here with a party of 9 for my mother in laws birthday. We were very excited to experience this restaurant because of the reviews. While we weren’t impressed by the food. I was surely impressed by our waitress Phoebe I believe her name was. She let us know she was new to the staff! We appreciate her enthusiasm, customer service and hospitality! She is what made our experience. While it was disappointing to see her pulled from waitress to toilet duty! The smell of bleach was overwhelming as we were sat right next to the bathroom. I’d only come back for her service! You need more of her at your establishment!”

“honestly we didn’t have a good experience when we tried this restaurant BUT after waiting an hour and a half and still not getting our food, we informed the manager that we were leaving. she handled the situation very very well!! she apologized and insisted that we take our food to go for free. as we were walking out, she rushed to box our food. She gave us our food for free plus two gift certificates. we ate the food on our long drive home and it was EXCELLENT!!!! We will definitely be giving it a second chance. Kuddos to the manager for turning this around! Update: i also sent this same review/ message to the restaurant. The owner promptly responded with a very professional response. Again, this is how you run a business! Everyone makes mistakes, but how this business responded was top notch!”

“We attended a class today where we learned how to make neapolitan pizza from dough to done! Sooo good. We were also treated to yummy appetizers and drinks. Learned how to make mixed berry crumble to take home. London and Cody were excellent hosts and instructors and all the staff were pleasant and helpful. Definitely recommend this as a great way to spend a Sunday afternoon!”
