“Came to this location to pick up lunch for myself and a few co-workers. We placed our order online and I picked up our order through the drive-thru. I cannot tell you how refreshing it was to go to a fast food place and be greeted so nicely! Natalie was very nice and helpful throughout the whole transaction. Thank you Natalie for being great! Our large order had everything, the food was hot and good.“

“The delivery driver showed up and realized he forgot the drink I had ordered. He owned it and said he would be back after he went back to the store to get it and other deliveries. 30mins later, he showed up with my drink, in the hail!!! It was a small gesture that I wish I could give more recognition for!“

“Smithville JJs has fast delivery and pretty decent food like every jjs. The bread is a bit better than subways since it fits in the Hand better and has a better texture to it. It's probably is the best sub place in smithville at the moment as subway, I can say, is doing so hot. One major disappointment I have with this place is the staff. Everyone is okay but there was one worker who is a furry. If there is one thing I don't want in my sandwich, it's fur.“

“The employees last night were so kind, fun & going above & beyond doing their job, even interacting with both my kids throughout our visit. They had no idea my son is on the spectrum & this was his first time ever asking to or wanting to go in & eat somewhere. They absolutely made his day. Everyone eating in the restaurant was enjoying themselves & the food was delicious too!“

“Fantastic fast food restaurant! We've been waiting to try this place since we are fans of the competitor! Needless to say, they didn't disappoint when walking in for the first time to order! The food was prepared impeccably and quite tasty! Impressive employees and facility! "Wendy" was at the helm behind the cash register and pointed us in the right direction! She was incredible to talk to and friendly! The prices were comparable to other fast food, and worth it! The sandwiches come in 3 different sizes according to the meat ordered! Impressive! The facility was near capacity and busy thru and thru! All the food ordered was the right temperature and worth purchasing! We returned a week later in the drive-thru! We weren't as impressed by the quality of the sandwiches compared to entering the restaurant! We'll be back and visit Wendy inside, rather than going thru the drive! Thank you again!“
