“The delivery driver showed up and realized he forgot the drink I had ordered. He owned it and said he would be back after he went back to the store to get it and other deliveries. 30mins later, he showed up with my drink, in the hail!!! It was a small gesture that I wish I could give more recognition for!“

“I read the reviews before my husband went to go get food, and to tell the truth, I was a little worried about getting food from here because of how bad the reviews have been. My husband and son n law were getting pizza and I am not a fan of pizza, and we have had a lot of Cheeseburgs and hotdogs since 4th of July so I wanted something different. So I took the chance with Taco Bell and was really surprised and grateful because my husband said that It was quick, and they were polite. I had warned him before he left to check the food when he got it. Got everything i ordered correctly, it all looked good and he said it was hot. We don't live in Smithville, We live in Plattsburg. By the time he got home with it , it was still lukewarm and everything tasted great. Out of the last 5 or 6 times we have gotten Taco Bell from various areas this has been the best one. I don't know if management has changed or if they have different employees but all I can say is everything was great for us . Now he just went through drive- threw and not inside but I was pleasantly surprised by this experience. Thank you to all who made it a great experience. Today was Friday @ about 7pm on 07/11/2025 Hope this review helps. I do not know anyone who works here nor do I normally do reviews on restaurants u less its extremely goodnight is seldom that I do that even then.“

“Smithville JJs has fast delivery and pretty decent food like every jjs. The bread is a bit better than subways since it fits in the Hand better and has a better texture to it. It's probably is the best sub place in smithville at the moment as subway, I can say, is doing so hot. One major disappointment I have with this place is the staff. Everyone is okay but there was one worker who is a furry. If there is one thing I don't want in my sandwich, it's fur.“

“The employees last night were so kind, fun & going above & beyond doing their job, even interacting with both my kids throughout our visit. They had no idea my son is on the spectrum & this was his first time ever asking to or wanting to go in & eat somewhere. They absolutely made his day. Everyone eating in the restaurant was enjoying themselves & the food was delicious too!“

“Great burgers, large portions of fries. Staff is usually kind, with the exception of one of the managers. Large woman, tall, brown hair, brown eyes. Don't remember her name. She was rude and just shoved my bag of food at me, said "here". Haven't seen her in there last few times I went. Hope they got rid of her. Really wanting some of those fries now!“

“I want to say that on today February 3, 2025. I had an awesome experience at this location. The whole staff was so kind and friendly. I especially want to give a shout out to one of the managers named Kaitlyn for going above and beyond to make a group of 1st grade teacher's from one of the Platte County Schools, very happy today.“
