Ok, From a guy who promotes entrepreneurship and seeks the finest customer service. I traveled from Harrisburg, North Carolina to visit my father and as many of my large family possible.
First off today was my second visit as I came through yesterday after pickup my 84 year old father and grabbed two coffee’s and two cookies at the recommendation of Dianna our customer service lady. Went to Scooter’s for the first time ever once they opened a location in Smithville.
I went through and ordered a drink for me and my daughter. At the window, the lady told me my total and nothing else. After a bit of waiting, she handed me my drinks and didn’t say anything then either.
