“Today I stopped at the Sonic in Rogersville Mo and ordered a Dr Pepper and a Coke. 20 minutes later still waiting in the drive through line, watching them take drinks and food to the other vehicles behind us, I asked one of the car hops if she knew why we hadn't got our drinks . She said she would go check and see. The next thing we know this woman comes out and says Hey what's your problem. I said we were just wondering how much longer on the 2 drinks we ordered. She said they had several big orders an we would just have to wait. She was extremely rude. So I said we would just go to which she yells at me Okay have a good day. At that point because she had been and was continuing to yell and be rude I said I thank you and I will be filling a complaint. She yells I'm the manager go ahead and file a complaint while waving her arms around. We've overlooked the missing food, incorrect orders ect st this Sonic for months but that behavior is unacceptable.“

“Second day open at this brand new Sonic location and the food and service was spot-on! The Smasher burger was crispy on the edges and quite tasty. The crinkle fries were very good, barely even left grease on our fingers! Gwen was our carhop and she was super sweet and exacting. The other carhop (young man) was friendly and helpful, too.
I'm sure they'll have some bumps as they get this new location up and running, but they are off to a good start!
Almost forgot: the bathroom is super-cute, too!
I'll update this review in a few weeks.
Update August 2025: This Sonic is still going strong. Everything I've had has been well prepared, fresh, and tasty.“

“Someone took our order in the drive through for whatever reason(we hadn’t paid for it yet and they did) and the staff worked very quickly to get our order done again. Great service overall and very apologetic even though it wasn’t their fault.“

“We've recently visited Subway twice within the last 3 weeks. The service and quality of the sandwiches were better than I've seen in years from this location. The staff seemed to actually care about the sandwiches they were creating and did a wonderful job; a few years ago I couldn't have said the same. Great job!“
