I came into the restaurant two days in a row for breakfast. The order taker at the counter acted mad that I walked in. She just stood there, didn’t ask what I wanted to order. Just stared at me. She finally asked what I wanted in such a soft tone no one could have understood her. No name tags but very short person with a short hair cut and auburn hair. She is rude. The food was goood thankfully
Their customer service through the drive thru is horrible. I was asked if I wanted the the promotional meal, which I replied “No thank you.” She went silent for 2 minutes. (Normally they’d say, “What can I get for you?”... but nothing). So I asked if anyone was there and she replied snarky with “Yeah! I’m waiting on you”, still nothing of “what can I get for you”, so I replied “Sorry, I was expecting to here you ask what I wanted”, to which she replied,...read full review

The Battlefield location has a great team that makes sure customers have a pleasant experience, especially on Thursday evenings with the car group. Customers enjoy their chicken strips and some also recommend the fish. The restaurant has plenty of parking, including space for buses and large vehicles with trailers. There is a very kid-friendly atmosphere, with friendly staff and healthy Kids meal options. The restaurant is accessible, with a handicap ramp and automatic door opener on the West side of the building. Many customers praise the breakfast biscuits made from scratch and the burger selection, especially the hand breaded chicken tenders and sandwiches, which are highly rated.
