Today April 22nd, I came through the drive-thru emotionally upset due to the lack of medicine I was looking for my toddler that just got out of the PICU(pediatric intensive care unit) and the gentleman in drive-thru had asked me what’s wrong and I was just visibly upset he said a prayer with me. I’m not 100% on gods side lately because of my kiddo being so sick. However, his prayer helped me calm down a lot. Terrible customer service. Manager is hateful and refused to correct their mistakes and yelled at me on the phone when I called to let them know my order was in fact missing several pieces of my order. I was rushed thru the drive thru, I then tried confirming at BOTH drive up windows that my order was correct because the employee at the 1st window didn’t give me a receipt. I repeated my entire order at minimum 8x to several different employees including the manager on duty...read full review
