This place needs to fire some of the employees and maybe management. Seriously, we need to get the attention of an employee to be helped! What is that. These guys are a disrespect to the customers and dashers in the area! I'm glad Springfield has a million other locations. Never gonna go here again after the disrespect I've received as a customer and a contractor for delivering their orders. And the way we are treated and ignored in the drive thru is terrible.

mcdonalds at 1607 e battlefield rd Left a fake red fingernail in my child's happymeal tonight. I went to the store and the manager didn't even apologize. he said none of his employees were wearing nails. I guess he thinks my 5.year old son put the nail in his French fries by himself? I don't wear fake anything so the fact they won't take responsibility blows my mind. don't eat here.
Horrible customer service, rude employees, discriminatory practices against minorities, power and control tactics, and lack of care and concern for customers through the drive thru.
