Let's see... called ahead because we had a party of 8, still waited at least 20 min. finally seated and at least another 15 minutes before any drink orders. we sat there for over an hour, still no signs of any food, the waitress did come back once after we flagged her down. all this and the place was not busy at all !! (now I see why! ) we walked out after paying for drinks. I've always loved red lobster, but don't think I will ever stop at the springfield loc. again. but...read full review
I am actually sitting here right now. Not eating. Because they decided to tell us 20 minutes after ordering that the chicken for my meal was frozen. I could have ordered something I didn’t want to eat, and then waited another 20 minutes for the food to actually get ready… but I declined.
They did offer to pack up an appetizer or a dessert to go, but again… would have to wait even longer for food I didn’t want.
