Schlotzsky's Deli serves super fresh and crispy soft bread at the perfect temperature. The original sandwich is a standout, and the food is really good, with the sandwich being superb. Customers have loved the place since 1989, and the food is outstanding. The service is always friendly and helpful, with staff like Raven providing great kindness and Josie going above and beyond by singing a special happy birthday song, making the night memorable. However, some note that for the same price, a sandwich, real fries, and a drink can be had at Arby's for less money, and one order was described as "whack." Despite this, the food keeps customers coming back sooner rather than later, and the original sandwich cannot be beat.
