It was cooked too fast and not long enough the catfish was undercooked and greasy the fries was undercooked and this was my second time trying them it's a no for me
I attended the Forest Park Balloon Glow & I purchased two orders of catfish w/fries. The fries were under cooked & limp and the fish was under cooked in the middle. I understand about it being crowded & you all were trying to get orders out as fast as possible. But I had already waited 45 minutes for my order, I would've definitely waited another 5 to 7 minutes for my food to be served "done."
