We ordered four cookies: the Strawberry Cookie, Oreo Cookie, Birthday Cookie, and the Toffee Cake. Each one was absolutely amazing—rich flavors, perfect textures, and a real treat for me and my two daughters! Crumbl consistently delivers on quality, and we loved every bite.

However, the service on December 2nd around 6 PM left a bit to be desired. The middle-aged woman taking orders seemed impatient as we decided between two cookies, even though there was no line behind us. It made the experience less enjoyable and felt unnecessarily rushed.

To the Crumbl leadership team (CEO, COO): Please ensure all staff are trained on the importance of friendly and welcoming customer service. It's just as vital as the quality of your cookies.

“I drove 30 minutes to be able to try the Venezuelan sweets and savory food. Everything was DELICIOUS!!! The bread that was used for the food is very soft and tastes fresh. You can really tell that the food is made with a lot of care. Some of my personal favorites are the cachitos filled with ham and bacon and turkey and cream cheese. My favorite bombas is the one filled with the pastry cream. The pastry cream has the perfect level of sweetness. I highly recommend that you try this food. You won’t be disappointed ?“

I’ve been very happy with the new store in our town. I just have one question. What is yellow number five doing in my Schnucks Pickle Spears? I will not buy any food with synthetic food coloring. Imagine my surprise when I found it in the ingredients…. FYI, I also will not buy any products such as breakfast cereals with vitamin B12 made out of cyanide. The official name for it is Cyanocobalamin and it is a harmful synthetic. You wouldn’t believe what it’s made out of. Please get with your manufacturers and ask them to use vitamin B 12 in its natural form known as B12 Methylcobalamin. I represent a growing number of people that are simply choosing to do without products that have synthetic food additives. We can do better.“
