“I had my concretes delivered, it was our first time trying anything from Freddy's. They were delicious, except for the fact that my son ended up with my husband's, and my husband got my son's, and my husband can't eat frozen gummy worms....it would be a much better situation for customers if y'all could label the customers orders specifically, since the cups are all the same and there's no way of telling them apart otherwise. Thank you!“

“Tried the chicken fried chicken with mashed potatoes and Dressed roasted Brussels sprouts a couple months ago and, while the chicken and potatoes were delicious, the Brussels sprouts were barely cooked and my roll wasn’t even warm. Went back today, Feb 21, 2024 during the lunch hour and ordered same thing but I requested they cook the Brussels to tender. It was DELICIOUS!! Josh, the bartender, was our waiter and was fantastic. This location has never disappointed me. Great staff and great food!“

“Super nice staff, very helpful! I had to place a large order for my co-workers. I called at 11:45, they told me it would be ready at 12:30. I arrived and everything was ready, everyone was kind and didn’t make me feel like I was an inconvenience at all. A young man even helped me carry it to my car 😊“

“DO NOT GO TO THE DAIRY QUEEN ON THE AVENUE 🤬🤬🤬. I bought 2 boxes of dilly bars and they were melted and I wanted a box of stars and EVERYTHING IS MELTED!! They were well aware because they called the owner or whoever they called and let him know. They checked multiple boxes and everything is mush!! I didn't want the 2 boxes I paid for because they were melted as well!! They said she literally just made 2 boxes fresh and was hard well maybe at the time I got them they were not qiute melting HOWEVER I came straight home and guess what? THEY WERE MELTED 🤬! I called the store to let them know and she said unfortunately when I left the lot there is nothing they can do. REALLY YOU KNEW EVERYTHING WAS MELTING!! Anyways I will NOT go to the DQ on the Avenue this summer. That's poor service in MY OPINION! I will show you in the pictures the dilly bars and stars. I BELIEVE IT'S TIME FOR A NEW FREEZER 🤷‍♀️“

“Inexpensive food obviously not the healthiest but does taste good and has good seating and parking but the real gem in this place was the customer service it was incredible went above and beyond what would normally be expected and instead of seeming to be burned out they are cheery and happy to help“
