“Mokaska’s is a warm, inviting, loving establishment in the heart of St. Joseph. Their drinks are amazing, but what makes them my favorite is their open and affirming welcome of all. This afternoon, I was fortunate to bring my father to this magical place. He and I do not share ideological beliefs, and so I learned a long time ago to not argue. Instead, I look for places that contain glimmers of the flourishing human life and bring him to visit. I can’t know what seeds were planted today, but as my father looked around in curiosity I saw him wondering… and that’s as good as a beginning as I can hope for these days. Vegetarian options: you can always take off the meats of the treats you like or want and thingz?✨

Dietary restrictions: theres more information of the nutrition and calorie and sugar information on the app and the websites. always do the research, they have promos and favorite that come back and the inventory/menu gets moved around like that.

Parking: mostly drive thru. it is safer to park in the walgreens parking lot and do a little walk. its good for you.

Kid-friendliness: everybodys friendly with the kids. they have small treats and drinks.☺

So my wife and I was just at the Starbucks at cook road in st Joseph. We usually have very very little to no problems with any of the Starbucks. Today, we did the drive thru. The first gal that took our order, very nice and polite. The gal that brought our drinks to the window, not so much. Brought out the first drink, and just said somewhat rudely, “here’s your drink have a nice day..” so we informed her that we still had another drink. She proceeds to say, annoyingly, “oh I thought you got it already..” so then she brings the drinks out, no smile no nothing, and says “here’s your drink have a nice a day..” and closes the window. Mind you, I understand she could have just been having a bad day, or just did not want to be at work, but I know, from my past experiences, Starbucks has better standards than that.“
