I just left the Dunkin in Weston WV and I want to give the 2 guys working a HUGE round of applause. They were the only 2 there to take and prepare all of the orders. Let me tell you, they were busy, but they were more polite and courteous than I have seen from places that were fully staffed. They deserve a bonus for sure. If any manager sees this post, please pass this review on to the Weston WV Dunkin manager.

Unfortunately, my experience with the girls working the drive-thru was not pleasant. The girl on the headset was disrespectful for no reason. However, the drive-through at this location can be quite cramped and on a slanted surface, making it difficult for customers to maneuver. The parking is also reported to be super cramped, especially when the store is busy.
