“The assistant manager, Alma, was amazing and went above and beyond her customer service duties. She was working alone when we visited, and she was pleasant and attentive to each customer. She had a very sweet demeanor and was all smiles! We picked up an online order and for the first time in my life, from every visit, and in any state in the USA, was my order hot, fresh, ready when I arrived, and fully fulfilled. She actually read and fully attended to the online special request section on the order page. This has NEVER happened before at any location in the country! NEVER! I was so stunned and pleased I had to go inside to see who fulfilled my order and personally meet, tip, and thank them for such great attention to detail and great service. It was Alma! She was perfect!! Thank you so much. You truly made our day!!! You deserve recognition for your superior work and a raise. You're a true asset to your employer!!! “Ordered Pickup at S.169hwy location in St. Joseph, MO. My sub was made right and put together okay. It was a little messy but I ordered a Deluxe Tuna with extra mayo and vinegar & oil. LOL I like them messy! The girl who waited on me was very friendly and polite when I asked about the sandwich having the deluxe meat. I just wish it was always this consistent. Because I love Subway!“

The moment I stepped in, I was greeted by the cheery, radiant smile of the sandwich artist. “Welcome to Subway!” she said, her voice brimming with enthusiasm. It was as if they weren’t merely employees but guardians of greatness, keepers of a sacred recipe.
As I moved down the counter, each question she asked felt profound. “Italian Herb and Cheese or 9-Grain?” My soul whispered, 9-Grain, and I saw her nod, as if she understood the weight of this decision.
I selected my fillings—turkey breast, pepper jack cheese , lettuce, tomato, onion, a drizzle of mustard—and the sandwich artist assembled my order with such finesse it felt like I was watching an artist paint their magnum opus. A modern day Michelangelo! A finishing flourish of salt and pepper? Perfection.
I sat down with my neatly wrapped treasure and unwrapped it with reverence, my anticipation building. I took one big bite, and then… it happened.
The flavor exploded in my mouth like a symphony of savory notes, crescendoing into a euphoric harmony. The bread was soft yet firm, the veggies crisp, the turkey tender. And the mustard—oh, the mustard! It tasted like it had been made by angels. After a phenomenal meal I left Subway that day not just as a customer, but as a believer.

“My wife and I were sent to this location from the one at Karnes ( who are rude to people). Even though they were getting ready to close they still made sure we were able to get 2 foot-long subs. The guy was so very helpful and made sure everything was right. The Lady came from the back to help make our subs she was just as helpful and both were very upset on how the other Subway treated us. They made us feel like we were somebody.“
