Never make reviews but I wanted this out there- The food was delicious but the staff member working the counter specifically, not the kitchen staff, was extremely rude. The kitchen staff member was very kind and helped us out while the counter staff ignored me and my family and didn’t put our meal ticket back to the kitchen. Came in on a Saturday, shortly after they opened at 11am. We ended up having lunch here because I was really impressed by the outstanding prices. I had not expected to find something so affordable in the mall. The staff was very friendly. My son and I were looking for a gooey butter cake and one of the employees hopped down to the restaurant downstairs to see if they had it, and came back to recommend it. If I could give this place 0 stars, I would have. I NEVER write reviews, but this place was awful! If you order the chicken tender platter, it comes with sauce. If you order the kids chicken nuggets, it comes without sauce. Riddle me that! The kids meals come with a drink, but if you get a drink from the cooler and you need a cup with a lid and a straw, you’ll be charged $1.
