“Service was great and fast!
The place was sparkling clean and I appreciated that the music wasn't playing loudly unlike in other places.
We tried the Turkey Gobbler sandwich and it was okay but I wished I knew if there was an option to change the sauce/dressing that came with it since I personally didn't like that.
Definitely worth coming back to.
Parking: Lot of parking spaces and easy to access since it's right along Page Avenue.“
“There was One in line and when I got to the speaker they told me to wait anyways..? Then when I got to the speaker, I had to wait an additional 10 minutes in front of pay window. I don't recommend this place. It's way too slow. BUT if you feel like waiting try the new beef nuggies“
“My cashier Kayla was very kind to me when I came through the drive thru on Halloween. I was having a really bad day, I am in missouri for a travel nursing assignment & this is my first holiday away from my family. She had a great attitude despite working on Halloween. Kayla offered me a sucker which made my entire night. I appreciate her very much. You are lucky to have her on your team!“
“I had an order that I placed on 6/12 that didn't have all the items I originally purchased. I reached out through Arby's feedback survey and right away Mr. Leon contacted me, allowing me to explain what happened and offered me to come visit him at his store on 4021 Lindell Blvd. Immediately upon meeting Mr. Leon, he was confident, understanding, and turned my mistake into the most enjoyable experience I've had in awhile from a fast food service. The store was the cleanest I've ever seen during lunch time in any establishment. People were there dining in, drive thru was busy as usual, but Mr. Leon still focused on providing more than great service to my husband and I. Applause to his staff as well, you can tell Mr. Leon cares and he's staff reflects that. 10's across the board!!! That man needs raise, already spoke highly of him to my co workers. I said yes, I got my French dip order with my first order of food.We ordered to sit down and dine in with. But I ordered a french dip to take home to my son that I had been waiting on. She apologized a couple times I totally understand.. The food was excellent a very busy spot..“
