I won’t eat at Arby’s until it publicly adopts a comprehensive chicken welfare policy. This location is owned by US Beef and has a responsibility to ensure that Arby’s—as it claims to be—is “committed to the well-being and humane treatment of animals.” Arby’s should join Boston Market, Burger King, Subway, Quiznos, Chipotle, and other chains to ensure that its chicken meat does not come from birds who have been shackled, shocked, and scalded alive. The crinkle cut french fries are particularly noteworthy, and sandwiches have a generous amount of meat. The dining room is clean and pleasant. Service has improved significantly since the pre-Covid era. While prices may be a bit steep for some items, such as Mac n cheese bites, the overall experience is positive.
