“The food is good when it's hot. It doesn't matter if you order on line and pick it, go through the drive thru or have it delivered. They tell you 20 to 40 minutes to wait but every time you receive it's IT'S NOT HOT ALWAYS ALWAYS COLD.Thats enough for me to go somewhere “
“Nothing against Arby's but as I was walking towards the building a customer sitting at the drive thru decided to clean her car out and started throwing trash from the driver's side across the roof of her car and I almost was hit in the face with a water bottle just don't understand “

“My cashier Kayla was very kind to me when I came through the drive thru on Halloween. I was having a really bad day, I am in missouri for a travel nursing assignment & this is my first holiday away from my family. She had a great attitude despite working on Halloween. Kayla offered me a sucker which made my entire night. I appreciate her very much. You are lucky to have her on your team!“

“Drive thru can sometimes be slow even when nobody else or barely anyone else is there at the Chippewa location but orders are typically accurate. The Kirkwood and Tesson Ferry locations are the ones I prefer for speed, employee kindness and accuracy!“
