“I don’t know how else to get feedback to Chipotle that there’s no easy way to just let your store team know there’s a simple problem. I clearly picked up someone else’s order from an app order for the drive thru. All I needed to do was call the store and ask them to remake it. The staff is so nice, they’re on time with every order. I know it was a simple mistake and I would have happily driven back to the store to pick it up. I tried 3 separate times to just call the store and speak to a person. Your overly complicated system forced me to file a complaint with a customer service rep before they’d transfer me to the store, and even then it redirected me back to your automated system. I truly didn’t want to lodge a “complaint”, I just wanted my lunch remade. I guess I’m just out $20. Didn’t chipotle announce they’re raising prices and focusing on “high-end clientele”? You’d think you’d get a simple phone system in place first.“

“I door dash, have not had Chipotle's Yet, but I will. They Really work Hard for the customer, I watched. A shout Out To Fellow Door Dashers, Please Understand the English Language B4 You think u can deliver Food in the good ole USA. A Dasher snatched up my order instead of hi. Leah & Lauren 2 different names. Any way I caught him B4 he left the parking lot. Any way Dashers don't make Chipotle or Others life Hell. Cuz u don't understand our names. Just saying these folks at Chipotle Rock. I'm sure they Food is Great. They are busy that tells me It's 🔥. 😋“

“I ordered online for pickup and received an email confirmation with a 6 digit number/order confirmation. Upon arrival for pickup I stated that I had a pickup and my name and was asked for my order confirmation. I showed the email and code and was told “that’s not what it normally looks like” - as if I didn’t really have an order?? But yet my name and the same 6 digit # was the same on the bag sticker and my email….the employee seemed confused and unsure if this was my order.“

“Went for lunch. Trying not to sound to petty but if you are out of a product like sour cream it needs to be posted up front not told to you when your half way down the line adding items to your food. Makes a difference when I'm getting tacos and that's one of the 4 things on my add on list. Then we get to the register and j paid with cash and they didn't have the coin change to give back. I know cash isn't as popular as it used to be but then you may think it would be easier to keep some on hand. Then I got my food and they were clean out of napkins. Place was filthy and the only napkins left were the ones left on tables by other customers.
Just aggravated at this point, not worth saying anything. Just not worth another visit. Not sure if there is no manager or what but if there is they are doing a terrible job.“
