Food was good, portioned correctly, service was fast and friendly, restaurant was clean.I got a burrito bowl and came here for 11:10am pickup on a Monday.Based on the poor reviews I have seen for this location, it seems that they opened recently and just had opening pains. I did not have the same negative experience. May also just be the time of day.To the opening crew, at least, good job!
Save your money and time and go to the Hanley chipotle. I have been here multiple times as it just opened and is right down the street. It is horrible. food is cold, undercooked, and somehow they "run out" of half the ingredients at 6pm on a Thursday and Saturday. Service is mediocre at best, the cashier is always friendly but the person working the line each time gives half scoop portions, or if you get a side queso or guac its not even halfway filled. This branch is new, just a few months in operation. Decor is really nice, so we can't help dropping by. We have Chipotle dinners twice monthly. However, something was off in the taste of my burrito bowl. It's not as tasty as the same bowls I've tried from other Missouri branches. The grilled chicken was not as savory, fajitas overcooked, and bland. Corn was really off. I don't think I'll try this branch again anytime soon.
