“I ordered dinner on 8/20/24. The food was absolutely amazing!! My sandwichs and BBQ chicken was fresh and so delicious. I got my order delivered within 20 mins. The delivery driver Dustin was nice, professional and thanked me for his tip. All around great experience at this location. I will always offer from here from now on.“
“Great location. I have shopped at this Dominoes many times. I recommend doing call-in order or ordering online at ALL Dominos. I've always did call-in or ordered online and the pizza was always done at the estimated time that was given which was usually very fast!! Plus, their pizza are great too!!The only problem with this place may be their VERY VERY VERY small and compact parking lot which is VERY easy to pass up; especially at night time. Thus, drive slow both in their parking lot AND when APPROACHING this place! Because, it's VERY easy to miss their DRIVEWAY! If this place gets crowded, you might even encounter a situation where there may be no parking space and you may have to park elsewhere.This is the kind of place where you get your food and leave!“
“I am a highschool teacher and order almost 20 pizzas for a performance rehearsal. I called 4-5 days ahead and they were super professional, quick and TIMELY. Delivery was scheduled for 5pm and they arrived at 4:50pm with hot and fresh pizzas. The order was EXACT and PERFECT. Very happy. Students were happy, parents were happy, I was ecstatic!! Will always love doing business with them“
“Domino’s Gravios location. My delivery order was PERFECT pizza was hot, cheesy, saucy just the way I wanted it to be. Christian delivery was on point and very courteous. The pizza maker created yummy pizzas and a Philly cheesesteak to perfection.“
“Used to avoid Domino's but gave this location a try after getting a gift card and I'm glad I did. The pizzas are definitely good for what you pay here, especially with all of the deals that are typically available. The service here is also always super friendly and quick as well.“
“I recently made an order online for a pizza with pineapple. I accidentally forgot to add extra & I called & spoke with Isaiah. He was so willing to help over the phone, happy to help, & gave amazing customer service if I needed anything else!Last time I was there I had an elderly women yelled at me & be super rude when I called & complained that I didn’t receive my ranch sauce with my order. She made it so extremely problematic that she literally argued with me over the phone that it was “my” fault that I didn’t receive the sauce, even though it eas on my order & showed up on my receipt. (My boyfriend was picking up the order so he didn’t know if sauce came or not, he was just expecting a pizza!) Now I get it, mistakes happen. I’m not upset that it happened. I am upset with how she handled the situation. The manager who was working that evening didn’t seem to care. So unprofessional & disrespectful.ANYWAY..It was such a pleasure to speak with Isaiah & get excellent customer service & his willingness to help. Thank you!!“
“I ordered for delivery and I'm not sure if it was the app, or the store, but it took about 35 minutes before my order started bring prepared. It was pretty fast after it was started and it was sooooo good!! I recommend 100%. I've ordered from here before without the delay so I won't hold it against them, but no complaints on the food whatsoever!! ?“
“My wife and i had a pickup as we are babysitting the grandchildren.. the order was ready and on time, but the lady behind the counter came out and held the door and then took my order outside to my car for me as I walk with a cane and im not always very steady...it was very sweet and much appreciated“
“We live in the neighborhood and order from this Dominos often. It has been hit or miss the last couple years, with uneven toppings or things being under or over cooked. I know they have staffing issues, and we aren't ordering dominos for a gourmet experience.
But tonight was like we opened a box on a television commercial. Absolutely perfection, like pizza straight from a training manual. My 9 year old stared at her pizza in shock and finally said, "IT'S SO PILLOWY. Can we send them a message and say it's perfect?" 😅“
“I have ordered from here numerous times. Yes a few times my food has taken way longer to arrive than I would have preferred, but the staff has always been polite and apologetic on the phone. The drivers are always polite as well, and my food (when it arrives) is hot and tasty. A staff member gave me a heads up, if I order after 5:30 on a weekend night it will always take longer because that's their busiest time. Plus anytime my order has taken longer the app automatically has given me either a coupon off whole order or a free medium pizza for my trouble (without my requesting compensation)“

“Omg..Hailey, Kimmy, and Jade did that! This is our regular pizza spot and I have been disappointed of my last two deliveries. However...OMG... The pizza was so fresh and hot. I FINALLY got the extra cheese I paid for and it was delivered faster than expected! You guys are awesome! O yeah...Jade had to walk on ice to get to my door ( no I didn't know where she was gonna park) I actually felt bad ...but great work guys!!!!!“

“Today was a very good visit to this Domino's Pizza restaurant! I usually order online, and then I drive to pick up the order. This location has improved it's service and quality over the past months. I'm happy to order from here now in 2022. That's important because in the past this was a bad location, and was barely functional. Currently carside delivery (at the store), and store pickup were the options today. Because.. staffing drivers is real thing. Today I was pleasantly helped by Marcus and Terrell tonight. Good communication. They made the pizza perfectly, hot fresh and with plenty of toppings. Gentlemen Thank You, and God Bless you, for great customer service and healthy, fresh, delicious food. I will return in the near future.“
“This Dominos is by the far the best chain pizza we have in this neighborhood and they deserve TEN STARS. Everyone at this location works so hard, puts so much effort and time into their shifts, and genuinely deserves to be treated like the rockstars they are by their customers. I cannot tell you how many times I have been saved by them, simply because I cannot figure out what to eat or am not feeling up to making something myself. I have chronic pain and pretty bad arthritis in my hands. If it weren’t for this incredible team of people who show up even when there’s snow and ice everywhere causing orders to be severely backed up, a lot of us would go hungry.
And to anyone leaving low stars or complaining about delivery times or blah blah blah… maybe focus on being grateful instead. A lot of people can’t even afford food or the convenience of a delivery. These people work damn hard and they deserve respect.
