I asked my sister to recommend the most authentic St. Louis chop suey experience and she picked this location. It was everything that I’ve seen online as far as the little ordering window, ATM, dingy interior, burglar bars-perfection. I ordered in person and the cashier was efficient and let us know the fried rice would be available right away. But my St. Paul sandwich would take slightly more time.
