“I've had my fair share of visits at this Dunkin, and they've ranged from not so great to great customer service. I had a great experience today so I wanted to share the love! I workout down the street, and was planning on going to my dad's house to work. He only drinks coffee with powdered creamer and that just doesn't do it for me, so right when I got out of the gym, I ordered on the app. I always love ordering on the Dunkin app because they always have a ton of special offers you can activate. A lot of them include a free offering with your order- and who doesn't like free? Nothing was catching my eye today on the offers, so I just went straight in and ordered an iced latte. They make it really easy to order and list all the ways you can modify it. I ordered my latte with skim milk, sugar free vanilla, and a pump of Irish cream. I sent it in and said I'd be picking it up in the drive thru. I pulled up (no line- which never happens!) and told them my name for my mobile order. I was kindly told to pull around and my order was sitting there and ready. I was greeted with a smile and told to have a great day. Coffee is great, per usual. Loving the Irish cream flavor!“

“The good news is there's a great place to get the fabulous Dunkin Donuts coffee on the a corridor at Lambert Airport. It's at the end of the corridor where all the United gates are so there's a fair amount of traffic back there. That's the bad news. Lines are always there. It may be different in the afternoon but in the mornings the lines are about the same length as a Starbucks lines in the other part of the a concourse. But if you loved Dunkin Donuts coffee the way I love me Dunkin Donuts coffee it's worth the wait.“

“This is my go to for coffee on the run. The convenience to use the mobile ap is very nice! The iced original blend with the liquid sugar and French vanilla is my go to for the iced coffees. It's really hit and miss on days as far as how busy they can be inside and out. They have new staff and seem to be hustling. They usually still confirm at the window the name for the order. They may have almost forgot my donut once or twice.They have products inside if you want to buy tumblers or the at home brew. They have limited seating inside as well. Mondays if you have the app, is free medium coffee with purchase!“
