Florentin is a unique and interesting cafe that serves high-quality ingredients. The shemesh date-tahini-oatmilk steamer is a standout dish, with incredible and delicious flavors. The restaurant also serves excellent shakshuka, pita, lemon mint smoothie, and crispy fries. The atmosphere is cool, with good music, nice staff, and beautiful decor. The Mediterranean food is a highlight, making it the best in STL. The location is convenient, and the coffee is phenomenal.
