Had a horrible experience here yesterday. We went to eat at 6pm. Our show at the Fox was at 7:30. We figured 1.5hours was plenty of time to be served and eat. NOPE. Took about 10mins to be sat. Which seems like forever when there is no waiting area. Looked like there was ONE server and a girl going around taking bar drink orders. Took about 15min for server to come around to take our order. Then we sat there for 45min with nothing but water. They do not give complimentary chips...read full review
Arrived around 4:45pm on Sunday for a drink and dinner before our 6:30pm show. Took over 20+ minutes to get our regular lime margaritas. We had our chips and queso delivered before our drinks. Finally had to ask the bartender and when we received the drinks they were some weird orange flavored drink. Server delivered them and ran off without taking our order. Another 15-20 mins goes by and server comes up and asks if we are waiting on something, um yes, for you to take our order....read full review
Excellent food and frozen margaritas, sadly service was slow. Took too long for meal and drinks, so were rushed to eat and late to show. Informed by manager if going to 7 or 7:30 pm show be there at 4:30pm. Excellent food and manager apologized for lateness of our service/food. Comping 30% after husband informed manager of poor service. Also order 2 drinks at once as to the slowness and poor customer service of bartender.
Menu
Lucha Restaurant offers a clean and inviting atmosphere with prompt and attentive service. The menu features delicious and flavorful dishes, including the popular chips and guacamole, quesadillas, and tacos. However, some recent customers have noted that the food can be bland and not meet expectations. The spinach and mushrooms remain a standout, with many still raving about their amazing taste. The restaurant's Mexico City Tacos Plate is a highlight, offering a choice of three tacos and two sides for a reasonable price. The tacos are made with high-quality meat and are flavorful on their own. Despite some mixed reviews on service and the availability of certain dishes, Lucha Restaurant is still a great spot for a pre-show dining experience or any time someone is in the mood for Oaxaca-style Mexican cuisine.
