They had food setup at One Metropolitan downtown, the food was decent but I didn’t taste anything that makes me want to return. I do wish them success because they were very nice. Here’s my feedback:
1st The sauce on the ribs was tasty but the ribs themselves were a bit chewier than I like and I didn’t taste any smoked flavor, really didn’t give a grill taste but the sauce did save them a little.

It was amazing and even better the owner is soo kind and humble! Best bbq and don’t get me started on the dessert! Food and customer service was a 10!
insanely good food. thanks for catering at Amazon this week! 5 stars all around the board, I'll have to bring the fam down to Soulard to try it out!
