About PuffPies

PuffPies is a highly recommended local restaurant known for its delicious empanadas and hand pies. The environment is extremely clean, and customers often receive a warm, friendly welcome from the owners. The restaurant offers a variety of empanadas, including Chilean empanadas made with a family recipe dough that is baked and not fried, which adds to their appeal. Popular options include the Pino (Traditional Chilean Beef), beef with egg, spinach and artichoke, and the Signature Cheese. The empanadas are praised for their flaky, handmade dough and rich, flavorful fillings, with moist meat and thin, flaky crusts. Dipping sauces like Pebre and Spicy Garlic are homemade and enhance the flavors, especially the Pebre with the Pino empanada. The restaurant also features other tasty items such as Basque Cheesecake and pepperoni pizza. Customers appreciate the reasonable prices, generous portion sizes, and the fact that everything is made in-house, ensuring freshness and quality. PuffPies is a great quick carryout spot, with reheating instructions provided, making it convenient even for those farther away. Overall, it is a warm, flavorful, and friendly place that customers are eager to revisit.

Wow, this place completely blew us away it was SO delicious. My husband and I went after getting off our overnight shift and were so excited to try this new place. It did not disappoint! We got a variety and they were all so delicious. Definitely our new favorite spot!
Highly recommend PuffPies! The handmade dough is baked up good and flaky and has an excellent flavor. We tried the Pino (Traditional Chilean Beef) and their Signature Cheese, both of which had a wonderful, rich, depth of flavor. Both the Pebre and the Spicy Garlic dipping sauces were great, but the Pebre really stands out, and went great with the Pino pie. Carry out only, but they give you reheating instructions, so even if you're a bit farther away, its still worth the drive...read full review
This place was amazing! The food was delicious. I had the Pino and Beef with the two sauces. I was thoroughly surprised by the size of the empanadas. The meat was moist and the crust was thin and flaky. The food was reasonably priced. The quality was spectacular. The owner manned the front of the store and was super friendly. Will definitely come back again. I only wish that they shipped!
