Ordered online on the app & got there after 20 mins, and had to wait another 20 mins (fine) but wasn’t given the chips for my nachos or my drink, until i asked 2 different employees. whole restaurant was dirty, stuff like napkins/silverware weren’t stocked. Sat down to eat, and realized both entrees we ordered were wrong & missing things. I think they put 2 entrees in a bag & just slapped a receipt on the bag, honestly.

Food, service, and atmosphere are all 5 stars. But if I could give service an additional 5 stars I would. Sabrina and her whole staff are friendly and efficient far beyond my expectation. I eat at this Qdoba at least once a week now just to stop by and see them.
