I was just told/There was a bus of retirement community residents that visited Ted Drews yesterday - the manager was rude to them and unaccommodating to the handicap bus. Then, when orders were received, incorrect change was given and they refused to correct the change -very disappointing. This community will not be visiting Ted Drews again, so sad.
Worst business model ever. Never going back. Literally asked for an “ice cream with fudge and brownie on top.” She said they don’t do that and that I can only order their specialty made sundaes. I asked “so I can’t order vanilla custard and have you put the topping of my choice on it? Isn’t that kinda your business model?” And she said —“No!” Go to Andes or Coldstone any day before here. At least there you can get product you want.
