Noon on a busy Thursday in the park & thankfully this pace was actually open & doing business unlike Aunty Pon's & the other Thai spot in this area. Eagle's rest is the other only place that for sure was open but we had it for breakfast so opted to try out the Thai truck & carry it to our Airbnb a mile or so away. It was as busy a truck can be & was worth it. The pad Thai & curry were very good & a welcome sight after extended time hiking in the park.
I normally don't write reviews, but I have to say this has to be one of the best, if not THE BEST, Thai food I have ever had. I ordered the panang with shrimp and my cousin ordered the papaya salad and the pad see ewe. All of it was amazing and so flavorful. The guy who helped us was friendly, welcoming, and offered great recommendations. The only negative thing I can say is that I'm sad knowing that I won't get anything like this on the mainland. I highly recommend.

Wonderful and tasty Thai food at a reasonable price. Friendly service from start to finish. We stayed in the Volcano area for two nights and had dinners from Tuk Tuk Thai Food both nights. We had the Pad Thai, Summer Rolls, Green Curry and Eggplant Stir Fry. All dishes were delicious, flavorful, hot, fresh and generous. Recommend ordering ahead before picking up. Enjoy!
