“July 2023 update - My friend and I came back a couple times and the food has improved. Will be back again, increasing to four stars.Original review: My boyfriend and I have heard so many great reviews about Nudo House so we decided to try it! The ambiance was great - very modern and inviting; the staff was friendly and knowledgeable about the menu. I asked what their suggestion would be and they said you can't go wrong with the classic Nudo or the Bahn Mi so we ordered both, but sadly it was very underwhelming. The flavor wasn't rich or flavorful like we expected, and the noodles tasted like instant ramen, kinda rubbery and very bland. Maybe it was just an off day for them but it was highly disappointing, especially after reading all the amazing reviews!Their Mai Lee restaurant, however, is incredible.“

“This place is legit! I ordered the comb pho and the combo bun. The broth was amazing. Super beefy, meaty and lots of noodles. Totally hit the spot. I took the comb bun to go and the meat was perfect and not too salty. I also grabbed me a iced coffee. I would come back again for round 2! Shoutout to my waitress Jazmin for being super attentive and helpful!“

“Upon placing our first order we were met with a ton of love and respect. She offered to sit us down in her dining room and the atmosphere was movie like. The food was great and she sat down and ralked with us for a little. I most definitely reccomend for dates and outings.“

“Had a good time visiting on a Saturday around 4pm. The place was a bit hard to find because their sign is pretty small. Service was amazing, quick and thorough. Jenny checked on us throughout the night and made us feel very welcomed. The food portions were huge for us! We each got an entree and shared 3 appetizers and it was much more than enough food for us 4. Our favorites were the bo lúc lắc and calamari. The noodles and the lemon grass chicken we ordered were a bit on the salty side but flavor was definitely there. Place was nice and really clean. Parking is street parking.“

“The garnishes for the two to-go pho orders I placed were put into the same plastic bag and looked like it was a serving for one person. I didn’t know It was necessary to request ingredients for both orders be entirely separate as I thought that would be a given. What if me and the other person were going in two different directions? Cutting costs on food and supplies at the patrons expense is never a good look. Just make sure you check your bag before you pull off. My order was brought out to my car which I appreciated and the food was delicious. Just wish they hadn’t cheated us on the garnishes.“

“Overdue review. Tried this place when we were visiting family nearby. We had the beef hotpot and it was good. Though a bit on the higher end of the price, serving is generous. Owner is friendly and accomodating. If there are any adjustments needed on the flavor, she said just let her know. I wouldn't compare this to bigger Asian food chains as this is a locally owned restaurant. So yeah, food may take a while to be served as it is only her and another employee prepping the dine in and to-go orders but she will let you know prior to ordering how long the wait time is going to be.“
