Wendy's in St. Louis

“This Wendy's is fantastic. My mom was in the rehab facility down the street so I ate here for lunch a lot of days for about 2 weeks in a row and you can really find out about a place when you eat there almost every day. I mostly had breakfast and lunch and was all through the drive-thru. Every single time the food was good, and the wait time and prices are reasonable. I got a salad several times and it was fresh and delicious every time and I got a burger and fries and some cookies and it was all hot and fresh and delicious too. I wish I knew her name but the girl with the short black hair that works the drive-thru window does a really good job and so does the lady with the distinctive voice that works the speaker. I think this is probably my favorite fast food place in the area and I really like their salads so I'm sure I'll be back a lot. I'm not even going to try another Wendy's because I don't want to be disappointed this one does so well!“

“I only ordered a apple pecan salad and a strawberry lemonade after leaving the gym but just wanted to compliment the team on good customer service and working together in the drivethru. You definitely don't get alot of good CS these days, ppl just want a check, so I had to give props where they are due. GOOD JOB STAFF: 4:00pm“

“I am always amazed how friendly and professional this location is. All wendy restaurants should model their employees after this location. It's easy to order. The workers are helpful and I don't feel rushed. My food is consistently correct, exactly as I ordered it. I even get crackers, a spoon, and a napkin when I order chili. The sides of the chili container are clean and it is nearly placed in the bag. The employees take a great deal of pride in their work.

I enjoy the food at Wendy's, especially the potato dishes.

There is plenty of parking and the inside of the restaurant is consistently clean.

“This is by far the cleanest and greatest staff at any Wendy's I've seen. They are patient, kind, and keep this place extremely clean. My wife and I drive from Troy once a week to just eat here. Owners need to definitely give staff a raise. I do not work here or have family that does. Just appreciate great service in a clean environment“

“All of the food was piping hot and delicious! We noticed that the drive thru traffic moved at an acceptable pace. All of the floors and the tables were spotless. Carlisha is really hands on, as we observed her cleaning.
Carlisha Immediately warmly welcomed us, and took ownership of our order. We were impressed with her menu product knowledge. She is very personable and professional. It was quite apparent to us that she was genuinely invested in our Wendy’s dine in experience.“

“I work for AB and come here for breakfast quite a bit throughout the year and at least for me the food is always excellent and the employees in there are always very nice and cordial to me.. I love getting breakfast at this wendys location.“

“We have trouble ordering a lot of places we go and they made it easy the girl took control of what we needed from each person she probably didn’t want to mess it up so she gave us the sauce and stuff on the side so we can make our own. “Ordered my food online for pickup. When I arrived, my food was ready, but when I walked in, the employee servicing people at the counter seemed as if she had better things to do. I should have checked my burger, but I just wanted to make sure that I had the 2 fries in there that were ordered. I get back to work and there's mayo on it when I asked for none. 🫠“

“The service is very good with a positive, helpful attitude. We had 2 trays, and the counter person picked up one for me. The food was hot and fast. I got the Cobb salad, and it was better than many places I had it before. It was bitterly cold outside, but we sat at a place with warmth the whole time. Handicapped parking and restrooms were available.“
