Wendy's is a nicely remodeled location with a modern interior. However, some customers have noted that the tables were dirty, and it took too long to get a simple order of chili. Despite these minor issues, the staff has been praised for their friendly service. During a recent storm, the manager even gave a young customer a cookie to help distract them while they waited for the storm to pass. Additionally, when a customer's order was stolen by a delivery driver, the manager promptly refunded the customer's money and provided the food for free, demonstrating excellent customer service and a commitment to making things right.
