The staff has been praised for their friendly service, and the manager has demonstrated excellent customer service by promptly refunding a customer's money and providing the food for free when a customer's order was stolen by a delivery driver.
The Cobb salad has been described as better than many places, and the food is generally hot and fast. Handicapped parking and restrooms are available, and the seating area provides warmth, even on bitterly cold days.
