“Edit: went back on a Wednesday evening 4 years later (not from this area) and got 5 ice creams for the family and everything was great and service was great! Updated from one star to 4!
Ordered the $6 meal but wanted a blizzard instead of the sundae. No upgrades. Cool I would like my blizzard, I'll pay for it then. Got attitude but she rang it up. Got barely halfway and it's all vanilla ice cream not a blizzard. Paid for a product they failed to deliver.“

Amelia was friendly, attentive, and genuinely made us feel welcome from the moment we walked in. She handled everything with a great attitude, even during a busy time, and made sure our order was perfect.
Becky was just as impressive, clearly a strong leader who supports her team and sets the tone for excellent customer service. You can tell she cares about both her employees and the customers, and it shows in how smoothly everything ran.
