“Zaniya needs to be promoted to management. She's fantastic! While we were there, I observed how she calmly & professionally balanced the manning of the register, delivering the food to the tables, cleaning and helping with extra requests. I was very impressed. She deserves to be recognized for her excellent work.“
“My food is never hot or even warm. I always buy the 4 pc chicken meal/box. I have just gotten use to eating cold food, dried up chicken. I have to buy food in the go with my job.
I also get the largest blizzard.
Please add more candy, etc... 3/4th of icecream only definitely needs more added.“
“The staff seemed frustrated with other coworkers. Not directly rude, but certainly not pleasant. I get it, and I wasn't upset. The cashier, who I think was also an assistant manager(her name tag didn't identify her as such, but she mentioned she had keys to lock up), was VERY upset at the shorthandedness of the day. She made her anger, disappointment, and frustration known with the use of very colorful language that I am, honestly, rather impressed by. I can unleash quite the verbiage at times of high stress, so I was not offended. However, it probably wasn't appropriate either. Food was fine. What I could see of the kitchen, was clean. My order was accurate. Obviously, due to staff shortages that we were made aware, our order took a few minutes longer to get, but, it was accurate and well made. Worth the wait.“
